AGENDA FOR THE MIDDLESEX SQUASH MENS AND LADIES LEAGUE AGM

1. Secretaries Report

2. Election of Officers

Rick Prior is standing as Middlesex League Secretary as the current secretary Al Robertson is standing for Chair of the MSRA

3. Arrangements for next season, provisional league structure, new teams etc. money, fixtures meeting.

4. Approval of last years minutes.

5. Rule changes: 2 to be disucussed.

i. Dead rubbers: If you are struggling to field a player (really only at 5th string) then you can bring in a player who has already played up twice but the match will be considered a 'dead rubber' and a walkover will be given to the opposition. This is to try to get the most squash played....

ii. Point a Rally (PAR 11)in Div 1 and rest of the league. Still a hot point of debate. Up for discussion and the vote if necessary. I cant see it working down the divisions, but we will debate it for Div 1, and those in Div 1 can vote on it and if necessary vote down the divisions if there is sufficient call for it.

6. Any other business: None notified.
